My Approach

When you work with me, you will soon see that I go about things pretty differently. I believe that all-or-nothing dieting fails everyone every time, even if they do help someone lose weight. This is because they put all their power in the diet instead of tuning in to their own inner guidance, which is much more empowering.

I believe that transitioning to a healthy way of life is fun and delicious. Each new step that you take along this path will bring you even more results – often in areas of your life you never expected! You should be able to eat really delicious, wholesome foods that you enjoy without ever having to worry about how much you are eating. Deprivation and limiting anything is not on the menu here!

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Everyone comes to me as a unique individual, each living a completely different life. This is why I meet each client where they are at, then support them to make the next steps that will give them the greatest results towards their own health goals.
