20 Minute At Home Workout

This 20 minute at home workout was the perfect way for me to get back in the swing of getting in shape at home. Since we have decided to homeschool our two boys, I haven’t carved out any time for going to the gym throughout our week. This is a bit frustrating since I love lifting weights, but it is also wonderful because now I get to workout at home and share all these great workouts with you again!

This is a short, but intense, hiit workout that you can do without any equipment – although a yoga mat is kinda nice 🙂

20 Minute At Home Workout

Workout Breakdown:

Set your timer for 20 rounds of 45 seconds work, and 15 seconds rest – or just hit play and workout right along with me!

Exercise List:

1. Knee Up Mountain Climbers

2. Crab Sit Ups

3. Side Plank Kicks Left Leg

4. Side Plank Kicks Right Leg

5. Tuck Jumps

6. Walk Down Push Ups

7. Side to Side Jumps

8. Side Pulse Kicks Right Leg

9. Side Pulse Kicks Left Leg

10. Split Jumps

Repeat 2x for an intense 20 minute at home workout!
